You can tell by looking at the dog that it is trying to dominate the cat. ( Look at the dog's face 0:22 - 0:23 )  The cat's tail is going crazy. It's obvious she is trying to let the dog know not to mess with her and that is the only reason she is jumping around and trying to look threatening but is really scared. you can tell by her body posture.

Owner should step in.

you must not have ever owned a cat. or a dog. she's NOT letting the dog know not to mess with her. she's ENJOYING the fact that they are playing together. of course she doesnt like the dogs heavy foot on her, but the dog will learn not to be too rough. the jumping around and "trying to look threatening" is what cats do LOL..the dog isnt trying to dominate the cat...HE'S JUST PLAYING. they both LOVE it.

From that point on the cat kept EARS ALL THE WAY BACK IN A CONSTANT, FIXED POSITION and tail flicking in big wide motion. Woried/threatened body posture. Not the ure of playing cats. 0:21-0:24 standoff. LOOK at the cat's body posture, EARS BACK, and tail. Cats are not dogs, when their tails "wag" fast, it is negative emotion. Cat creates standoff position.
