@TheDrakesongs if you complete the quest for the legion where you find there firing mechanism for there howitzer and have a good rep with the legion you can get there safe house key, the npc who keeps the place up will give you two stealth boys as supplies when you visit and he is there. other than that i am not sure where would be a good location to get any.

@FalloutFan77 When I took this video I had searched around 85% of the game. I'd say about half of those were from lying around on tables and the rest was from drinking the bottles and getting them. Getting them from bottles is random so what I did for the last few I needed was save my game and then load it again if I didn't get one. There's lots of bottles in the factory as well as a few star caps lying on the tables in there
