this is a good movie but after i watched this movie i began wondering....is the propecy true? will the world really end in this date? but whatever happens we should be ready....not for the calamity but for the God to come....

first = the mayas doesn't say that the end of the world will be in 2012. they said is the end to go to a new beginning. our solar system is about to enter to the morning of our galaxy. we are getting out of the dawn and entering in the morning.. like the earth our solar system has a dark night, dawn, morning, afternoon, and evening each of these periods are made of around 6000 years. 2012 MOVIE is a good one i really like it but is all about publicity. they are trying to sell, no to advertise.

Yeah, I agree. I think it was something along those lines. You know about starsigns, right?

Well, I remember reading that some people beleive that the date is actually going into a new starsign age, like the Age of the Aquarius as we move away from the age were in right now.

So, I highly doubt the Mayans pridicted 'the end of the world'. They weren't psychics, I think they were more like first Astronomers who just read the stars like you would read your starsign.

That's what I beleive.
