  • There really isn't any that I know of. The lacquer spray protects your work. If you airbrush a face-up, that may be durable enough, but it is hard to do that on the tiniest dolls.

  • Thank you for posting this - I just received my brownie today - not 100% sure I got the momo, looks more like a Nene - so i'm going to attempt to copy the momo lips. Wish me luck ;) thank you for this tutorial.

  • Hi. I'm going to purchase the watercolour pencils and the artists soft pastels. What are the specific colors I should get for the pencils and the pastels?

  • Thanks for posting this video. I'm going to be trying to do my own face ups soon. What brushes do you recommend?

    Thanks!

  • The smaller the better. They should be high quality with a certain amount of snap to them. I had a 00/10 and it seemed too large when I was using it. Volks has special face-up brushes, and I'd love to know how well they work.

  • You make it look so easy. :) You have a very steady hand. Those guys are so so tiny! I thought my Rosen Lied was small!
