It's a pun on the colloquial English phrase 'The blind leading the blind'.

nigel is the best prime minister that britain has not yet had,....how many of us have been saying that for a long time,...as i said to him at the conference..."you have the charisma that we need", and this is one of hundreds of speeches he gives where he lets them in the EU know just what we in britain think of them, it just shows why they tried to stop him forming a new group in the EU parliament...luckily he won through. all our ukip meps do a great job informing us of the truth about the EU.
