Mr. Kerr has very good mic technique, watch how he distances himself from the mic as he takes the higher/louder notes, and comes in closer for the lower notes, thereby keeping an even volume.

dalyjohnm - James is a big man with an enormous heart to match the enormity of his talent, you were wrong in what you thought, He is a semi finalist on Australias Got Talent and those of us who know him and have followed his singing over the years are very proud of his achievements. He really is so the opposite to what you thought and I'm sorry for your wrong first impression but nevertheless its awesome to read you enjoyed his singing as much as the rest of his growing number of fans. They're both tenors, they can hit the same notes. Clarity is different, everyone's got a different voice. But note-wise they're both dramatic tenors.
