There were pictures that came out from that game. One photo showed the incident from another angle, and Brady's hand was braced against his stomach. There was no punch. Hell, this video was shown on several national boards and all non-ksu fans thought it was quite a reach to suggest that Brady punched Clemente there. It's amazing how bias can twist somebody's perceptions. Anybody who's ever guarded somebody out of position knows that Brady's bracing for contact.

State definitely does have depth, but KU is talked about by nearly every expert as having the most depth of any team in the country. After our starting 5, we have Mk Morris and Tyrel Reed who would start for many teams. TTaylor who starred for team USA, a 7 foot 4* transfer
from Arizona. Then we have less used players, in Elijah Johnson and Thomas Robinson, both who've played big minutes for us at needed times, both who are heralded recruits and would play big minutes for most teams in the country. CJ Henry who has a lot of talent and would also play big minutes for most teams. We have so much depth that we can redshirt a 4* heralded high school recruit, and the top JUCO in the nation from 2 classes ago.

Actually, we have watched the video. I've seen this video posted all over the internet on unbiased boards. The only fans who've ever thought that Morningstar punched Clemente, are KSU fans. Actually, we have watched the video. I've seen this video posted all over the internet on unbiased boards. The only fans who've ever thought that Morningstar punched Clemente, are KSU fans. It's obvious to any non-KSU fans that Morningstar simply braced himself for Contact, and Clemente elbowed Morningstar in the back(btw, you ignore the jab in Brady's neck before any contact is even made). Hell, even media photos of the game showed a flat handed Morningstar from another angle, no punch.

If you watch it really close, you can see that in fact Morningstar did not throw a punch. I know that was a major momentum change in the game. Clemente cost his team the game with his thug attitude. But don't blame it on Morningstar. Clemente's elbow was obvious. I don't see a punch by Morningstar, He got called for a hold which is what he did, and Clemente wiped it out with his own intentional/technical foul which gave KU the momentum and K-State never recovered from it.

What happened is that KSU doesn't have a real program in basketball and they have fairweather fans. They wanted instant success and so they brought in Huggie Bear who is a good coach but not the most upstanding coach in the nation. The current coach is his understudy. They think they can take the kid out of the thuggery but they cant take the thug out of the kid. They dont recruit for long term success, and these are the results.

Our basketball program has sucked continously for years and we sold out KU and Nebraska every year. If you want to bring in the "big sellout streak" for KU, that's just because of tradition. Besides, you guys may sell out every game, but not all the seats are full.

when his arm goes forward is the same time CLemente punkly threw the elbow in his back. There was on intention on Morningstar's part. However, I will say this. Clemente is a good player but he lost the game for Kansas State on Saturday with a stupid foul after Morningstar was whistled for the foul. That gave Kansas 2 free throws and possession. I watched the entire game which it is on Espn.360. Clemente wasn't the only Kansas State player throwing cheap shots.

jmlynch, I am a longtime booster and have sat behind the visiting bench for over 5 yrs now, there was nothing said by the KU bench, we can hear everything that comes from the bench and there were no racial comments made. The loss hurts but lets take it like men and move on. Good win KU you showed you are a better team than my cats, hope we get the chance to meet up in the Big 12 tourney.
