  • Kagan did well, She needed to kill two birds with one stone. Anti-discrimination policy, and policy support military. She did both. To the Senator, he does believe that discrimination exists against all people, races, classes, sexual preferences, gender? It does exist and it's important. So it the military. She did a good job. The military recruiting improved under her. No contest. Great Job Kagan

  • @chem8guy So she did well by doing something she really did not have the power to do in banning recruiters? She did well by targeting the military for "Don't Ask Don't Tell" when it was the government that concocted that policy for the military to adopt? She victimized recruiters and the military for something they had no control over.

  • @thisnameisuniq So far she thinks that government has pretty much a dictatorial power or it's citizens. This person has no business as a supreme court justice. She would be better suited as a legal hack in the old U.S.S.R justifying that governments excesses.

  • She will, but she's essentially a Stevens clone, so nothing much will change. Balance of power will still sit with the right.

  • Hopefully Elena Kagan doesn't become justice on the Supreme Court.

  • @92jpc Me too

  • @92jpc Yeah, I watched her from two minutes and thought: Left-wing or right-wing, she's just a lightweight. And the deal with recruitment angers me.
