Hitler in his desperation and madness gave there scientist and inventors money and freedom to develope. So some great ideas and inventions came out of Germany during the wars but alot of it didnt work or was very un-reliable and wasnt sustainable to win wars. as was proved not just once but twice ! Wars create great but dark things and Better tech came out of Britain, Russia and America. ie - Bouncing bombs, Spitfires, T34s, flying fortresses, Mustangs, Atomic bombs. Rubbish ! it annoys me that the Germans were considered a master race and had superior tech. They were good but so was the tech in so many other counties in ww1/2. Britain blew them out of the skies in the Battle of Britain. There dams citys and factories where bomded to shit form allied bombing. and the russian T34 tanks pushed Nazi tanks back and then through to Berlin and ended the war ! The tech was good but the allies was better. and thats why there quest for supremacy failed. End of !!!

I would disagree.

Their German pride was their undoing.

If Hitler had not antagonized Russia,which was also Socialist,he'd have had more resources to deal with England and America.

It was madness for one country to take on the world with only two allies,one of which had no real natural resources.

I am no fan of nazism but what they attempted was pretty unparalleled.

To come back from rubble to superpower so quickly shows that it was good that they weren't more conservative later on.

@EpicNostra Hitler blamed the Soviet Union for losing World War 1. Hitler had no intention of fighting Britain or France if I remember correctly. He wanted to crush the Soviet Union but when he made his first move the other countries jumped in. If I also remember right Soviet prisoners were sent to concentration camps, 3 out of every 100 made it out alive. Where POW camps for Americans were regular POW camps.
