i Skateboard and play soccer. i fell on my knew extremely hard skating. went home iced it amd massaged it and it healed like in 3 days. no pain or discomfort. i went bavk to the skate park. and fell on it again , it wasn't even a bad fall at all. i had no pain. but my knee fells sort of out of place or something its a weird feeling. but it doesn't hurt at all. i can still skate and sprint no probably but when i walk it bugs.
I Get a discomfort in my knees after i jog, and it last for like, the night and following morning, can anyone tell me whats wrong and how i can change it please
@JaguarPawww Pain in the knees is a common problem after running. There is a lot of impact and force through the knee when running which is a big cause. It may also be patellfemoral pain - sometimes known as runners knee.
@JaguarPawww Are you sure your form is proper? Could it be that it's the way that you're running is what's causing a more intense impact, resulting in pain in your knees. Just a thought.
about: 4years ago was going to run 800m but after 700m the knee like poped and i got the injury i was on chruches 2mounths and now 4years later i still have much pain just under the knee and on the sides of my knee.
@Jazeah00 Actually it's not painful. When I was in massage school, we practised on each other. I feels really good as long as it's used for preventative reasons. One of the guys in my class is a distance runner and use to hurdle in High School. He has knee problems and when I did this on him, he said it was tender at first, but felt good overall.

That patella motion looks like it feels good, knee issues or not.
