  • Joe Venuti 'lives' !! Superb !

  • bravissimo Michele!!!Complimenti

  • On FaceBook there is a Fan Club of Eddie Lang. Check out there!

  • Thank you. sublime.

  • wonderfully inspiring....check out our version of it also on my page.

  • congratulations from france!

    who's the fiddler with you?

  • Michele Ariodante 'is' Eddie Lang!

    Amazing!

  • Amazing technique ! But I haven't seen yet

a guitarist that really can play like Eddie Lang on a guitar with heavy gauge string.

  • I do believe that Michele is using really heavy gauge strings. Perhaps not flatwound as Eddie probably did.

  • Amen to one of the most underrated "fiddlers" of our day! Check out the amazing speed and intonation on his intro to track 13 on Tales from the Ozone. Thanks for the inspiration Andy!

  • Freakishly good...

  • Most of the music of Joe Venuti is on CD and there are some great tunes such as Raggen The Scale and others. He is with Adrien Rolleni and Jimmy Dorsey and all ways Eddie Lang. Listen to these guys and you will see what good Jazz is all about.

  • This is great music gentlemen.

  • Michel Ariodante is quite a fine guitar player too. I did a search on Andy Stein and was able to purchase two different albums. His website wasn't too pushbutton, but the work is available. I bought a bunch of them and have been listening to the Joe Venuti album a lot lately. Hot stuff!

  • I just gave Andy a rating of five. I have this on CD. Very fine ensemble work. I've loved Andys music since I first heard him. That was in 1959 when I was ten years old so I guess I don't think of him as a fiddler of our day. He looks pretty good at almost sixty. He sounds better and better.

  • Andy probably the most underrated "fiddler" of our day..
