seems to me a enclosed motorcycle could be the best way to go,have you seen Lit motors design?like a monotracer with doors, using gyro technology which has been around for a long time,but now we have a way to control the gyro's.Streamlined motorcycles can over non streamlined[stock production]can double the mileage and or range of a electric.All I think about is enclosed motorcycles,fun with some safety built in.Any thoughts?Keep up the great work my friend.
I had read some requirements for the X prize entries. I read about $20,000 price limit on the vehicles for production? Is that the set goal for the Alias? I believe I have seen the future. And that is this car!
$20,000 is theoretically possible because the technology is simpler and more efficient, but we need more demand and supply. I don't believe there is a limit, because the competition guidelines call for "manufacturability" and "priced competitively" with production of 10,000 vehicles per year. ZAP has stated it is targeting the mid 30s which is very competitive to the electric car landscape.
