There was no chemistry between Jason and Liz. He never smiled, he never really laughed, and she was so annoying during that time. They brought the worst out in each other. They seemed to suffocate one another when they were on screen together. People with creative control can easily see this. Jason and Sam on the other hand have chemistry.
So happy that they are back. They are my favorite couple ever. They were always so honest and supportive of each other until the very end when secrets tore them apart. Love the laughter they share and how well they work and play together.

Sam is perfect for Jason. How can this still be an argument? By Elizabeth's own admission she cannot handle the life that he leads. It's too dangerous for her and her children. She made a conscious choice not to be with him. Sam, however, is accustomed to that life, has lived it, thrives in it, and can actually help him instead of handicap him. Sam and Jason go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly, ham and cheese, wallace and grommit, and everything else that goes together.
I never believed for one second that jason stopped loving sam, i think his feelings and his love were clouded with all that anger and hurt. They ended things in a rough way, and that connection was lost, but now they are reconnected they have that connection back, the one where they can laugh with eachother, trust eachother.. That anger and hurt is gone, and now that love is going to come back and surface..
