Omg..Everyone! Can we not forget that at the time she was a young teenage girl. She wore her emotions on her sleeve..So of course when he finally contacted her she was extremely excited... he was her first love, and idc what anyone says..he loved her too.

OMG what did they do to hair lol by the looks of this film i think elvis would of been happy to just have a casual fling with her. If i was her i don't give a crap if he was elvis or not him running around with every girl in town so early into the relationship would of been enough warning sign for me. But than again at 14 she maybe had some warped fantasy of happy ever after.

I agree, and I absolutely do NOT think her parents were in on some kind of plot to trap Elvis as some have suggested. It was all Priscilla which she shows here. Even when he hadn't called, she kept writing and came for 2 visits in 62. There is another point where her mother is telling her to forget him because he hadn't contacted her in 6 months, & at the beginning of Vol II she says she knew she had to get back to him or loose him forever.

she contradicts herself here. in the movie she says she kept writing and her letters were unanswered. in one of her interviews, she said elvis kept the relationship going. she said he would send her 45's in the mail with love letters. that doesn't make any sense.

Priscilla contradicts herself in every documentary, movie, & interview. At the end of part 7 her mother is telling her to forget him because he hadn't called in 6 months, but she kept writing asking to visit. That seems like forgetting to me & there is evidence that is true! Anita Wood found letters from Priscilla where she was asking Elvis to convince her parents to let her visit plus Elvis had gone home to Anita Wood & leading lady affairs. (I wrote about this on page 2 of part 7)

I find it telling that she says Anita Wood had just left that morning, and Elvis was afraid she might call during the night. According to Grualnick's "Elvis:Day by Day" Anita was still living at Graceland at this point so Elvis had Priscilla to California with a trip to Vegas so they wouldn't meet up. Anita left 8/6/62 after overhearing Elvis telling his father he was having a hard time deciding between them. Priscilla has Elvis discarding Anita for her!!

Ann Margret was the one he fell in love with in summer of 63, lasted a year, & he would try to get her back.
