Is this Phila Folka festival because they can be common around there.Wow i love the way it travels it does not have a funnel, and is very fast,it turns from little pieces of paper to small tents in the air a 4 star video!
This was at the 69th annual National Folk Festival in Richmond, Va. Visible funnels are a result of dust being sucked up into the vortex, and while there was plenty of dust and straw to ruin everybody's food, there wasn't enough to make the funnel distinct. (This is my father's video, btw.)

Very Cool! Did the debris eventually come down? I love the way Dust Devils look so much like tornados!
