WARNING: Thia DOES NOT work with a desktop. I have tried it on 2. It only worked on my 2 laptops.

They should specify LAPTOPS ONLY! Even though their FAQ mentions using it on a desktop, it DOES NOT work on a desktop. I tried it on 2. I called HP support and they were clueless. They could not even have a conversation with me about this product. I was transferred 3 times and then disconnected from the call. Not happy!

can i use this on a BluRay player to stream to my TV in the next room? I live in PAL-land ... and its 50Hz, the older version of HP Connect supports only 60Hz.

don't get me wrong hp is my fav in the computer sales of alltime though most prefer apple but I just think it's ironic the the pc they're using in the demonstration is a mac book
