I think you didn't understand the concept of the video, it's not meant to be just a music video, but a short film as well which is about Lady Gaga's fear of asphyxia. If you want to listen to the song without cuts, simply listen to the song.
Another point is the Lady Gaga's look. First, all her outfits in the Telephone video are based on fashion shows designers, and second, she's got style and attitude, she can be more creative than just showing her face and wearing tight clothes.
I'm not a huge fan of Lady Gaga, but I do admire her how she really wants people to think outside the box of why she is dressed the way she is and do the things that she does. She is one of the artist who is using her talent/fame to send out msgs (some maybe useless but hey she def is creative as u say)

For me this was a good short movie Enfasis ont the "SHORT MOVIE!" it isn't really much a music video as you say. It's about mutual support, but it's also about artists turned into marketing dummies and how it's affecting the younger generations (thus the exaggerated product placement, many of the brands of which are fictitious). I could go on and on about the details (the american flag, the soda cans, the sunglasses made out of cigarettes, etc.), but I trust you'll be able to see past the shallow aspects of the video the next time you see it.
The clip is a follow up of "Paparazzi", and the first few minutes show Gaga in prison having a good time when Beyonce (and not "some guy") calls her because she wants to kill her boyfriend and needed her to be there, for no particular reason but her support since she had done it before (because as you can see Beyonce did it all by herself and Gaga only got bored waiting and killed everyone else in the dinner).
It's not a music video because it is a 9-minute mini-movie with music! Also, if you don't get the concept, I'm sorry to say this, but it's your fault. That's almost like discarding a great movie simply because you don't understand it.

Ok, I accidentally clicked on this video while watching the Lady Gaga video. I decided to keep watching because of the cute face with the great voice that was suddenly on my screen. Btw, if you pulled that hood back and it turned out you had long-wavy hair, I would probably swoon lol.

I think you didn't understand the concept of the video, it's not meant to be just a music video, but a short film as well which is about Lady Gaga's fear of asphyxia. If you want to listen to the song without cuts, simply listen to the song.
Another point is the Lady Gaga's look. First, all her outfits in the Telephone video are based on fashion shows designers, and second, she's got style and attitude, she can be more creative than just showing her face and wearing tight clothes.

Aha she's surely a clown, I don't mean to discredit the job of a clown, but she's surely a 23-year-old smart clown who attended college, has a vast music knowledge and an outstanding creative and enlightening mind, not to mention she is the author of several lyrics that she wrote for a lot of famous bands and for herself. For me this was a good short movie Enfasis ont the "SHORT MOVIE!" it isn't really much a music video as you say. I think it's creative and it's very diferent but to me she needs to tone down the wordrobe look at the diference between Just dance wich was a simple outifite in to these carzy ass costumes. The clip is a follow up of "Paparazzi", and the first few minutes show Gaga in prison having a good time when Beyonce (and not "some guy") calls her because she wants to kill her boyfriend and needed her to be there, for no particular reason but her support since she had done it before (because as you can see Beyonce did it all by herself and Gaga only got bored waiting and killed everyone else in the dinner).

Yup! That's what I was saying to who-ever it was that said she was original. There are original artists out there but they ain't comercial enough to get airplay and a lot of them are awfull so does it matter. Think the main thing is that you are good at what you do. I'll listen to any live performer as long as they can play/sing to a descent standard and I am entertained.

I really miss the fame gaga. She was so energetic, cute, funny, and looked a lot better than now. Her live performances were great. Now gaga is good but she is tired and looks terrible. Shes smoking and her voice is going down. She also changed in a negative way. Her outfits are just ridiculous now, they used to be cool and her personality is a lot different. GaGa has to stop touring, get some rest, and get back to normal!!!!!
