I have this pedal, #81 or something. Anyway...

So many good things to say about this box. It's used to dirty up my AC30 for some of the heavier stuff my band plays, and it's just NASTY. If you have the cash, and want a high gain brit sound, get the None More Black. You will not be disappointed.

It's a great, versatile pedal. With all the knobs arould 10:00 and my guitar's volume down and a clean amp it's a nice overdrive. Rolling up the volume on the guitar brings the heaviness. It's more versatile than most people think because most high gain pedals have one basic distortion tone - the NMB does light all the way to heavy noise.

@KissFanSite And a lot of high gain pedals smother the notes when you're playing chords. You can strum open chords with this pedal (even through the Vox with the low headroom) and still hear that you're playing a G. Brian Mena is a genious.

Interesting.Pretty good distortion.It sounds pretty clean.It would be good for Black Metal which has alot of Chord progressions

Clean, yes, but it also has a unique "grit" that adds a lot of interest to the dirt tone. Rock on!

Sounds great at 3/4 "Presence" and 1/4 "Suck" !
