  • Jesus shit!!!! That helped a lot man!!!!! It's easy, BUT the practise is VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Thanks, dude for the wolderful tut!!!! I'm a beginner gid artist and that'll help a lot! I'll do my best!

  • So simple yet so genius

  • this is a wonderful tutorial. I just have a question, though. I draw with a mouse, and i find it pretty easy to draw with a mouse. ut my question is, can you blend WITHOUT a tablet?

  • @tiff13246 @tiff13246 I think if you set the opacity low to begin with you don't have to worry about the pressure sensitive aspect... it just takes a few strokes when you want it dark. I've been trying it and I've found keeping it around 40% works well.

  • @yakinikutokushu

thank you, that helps a lot!

  • THANK YOU BRO MUCH RESPECT FOR THIS YOU HAVE HELPED ME ON MY JOURNEY !!! STAY BLESSED ;-)

  • very helpful.. thank U so much...

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I couldn't figure out how to change the pen presser to opacity for the longest time. You are a god send

  • i was painting and things werent coming out right (imma newbie) and i remember watching ur vid a long time ago and i tried it and it helped me aloooott... thank u so much for sharing :)

  • nice tutorial. but if im adding yellow to the blue color...the result is crap, not nice green. so how can i mix colors in photoshop?

  • This is the best photoshop blending video I found. All of the others just start blending and telling you how you want to work your colors, but they don't even tell you how to set your brush for pen pressure sensitivity and stuff.

Your tutorial was so simple and easy to follow. You've explain things easy enough for a beginner like me to understand. Thank you so much! ^_^

    BTW, LOVE the ACCENT!

  • what brush are you using? i am trying to find it but i cant and also my brush wont do that pressure thing

  • thanks sir! it was what i was trying to do and was failing cause i was using smudge! :) smudge was not that great! thanks!

  • you're an Aussie, huh? xDD

  • thank you for taking your time making this tutorial. you have been a great help.

    God bless. :)

  • thank u so much for making this video. Really help me getting started with digital paint. This is a must learn for all digital artists.

  • Very helpful thanks

watching the speed paintings etc makes it look so complicated

but i'm sure it also takes a lot of practice

  • omfg I like to thank you. Finally some one gave me brilliant insight ^^ Thanks sir, you have filled a good cap in my head haha with knowledge and great wisdom ^^ Defo a Sub!

  • Geez... I've been digitally painting for years and I never knew about the alt for colour picking. It's just like the clone stamp. Nice tutorial. I thought colour blending tools were more than just brush settings, but I see it's definitely and artist/painting technique and not a tool :)

  • Best, BEST tutorial I've seen on painting with Photoshop basics!

Thank you very much for posting this.

  • What kind of photoshop is this??

  • I used to blend colors like that, but for me the smudge tool actually works better. In the brushes palette the spacing has to be checked off, otherwise the smudge tool really slows things down.

  • If I could I would give you a big, big hug! Bless you for showing me how this is done! I finally get it!

  • when I try to mix colours, the product between them always becomes a shade of grey. I can only mix different shades of the same colour. can someone help me out please?

  • Best tutorial ever ! Thank you so much !

  • OMG!!! thanks a lot!!!!! This is what I was looking for all the time.

  • gasp, you forgot the reflected light under the shadow on the sphere lol. i know the point of this video wasnt to show how to render a sphere, im just jokin :)

  • wow this is helpful thanx so much

  • Sheisse, best tutorial I have ever seen, detailed, descriptive... Thank you kind sir.

  • @taxi911 Thanks :)

  • Excellent tutorial. Coming from traditional art like acrylic, I thought I would never get the hand of digitally painting, but this has helped me loads.

    Cheers!

  • this is an awesome video, but I can only paint with the lighter colours on top, like with those 3 I can only layer over the top with the yellow, not green so the middle ends up really wide... sorry if this is a really dumb question - thanks

  • your my hero!
