Even now after all these weeks, Simon doesn't "get" David yet. Whenever asked a question about song choice, David always says the song has a great message. Apparently what a song has to say is just as important to him than whether or not it suits his voice. That being said his iTunes version of the song is so much better than his vocal performance that night. I didn't know the song before and now I listen to it just as often as Imagine. What a terrific singer!
