@15kenner i thought it was very good! the only problem i saw was a few too many pauses, but obviously that's just personal preference. it was "i. cannot. deny." .... "as. i. can. secure" and really, that's all a part of practice. the little slip-up wasn't as big of a deal, because memorization is less of a problem than presentation
@neroblade13 and she said throug the stuggles its from the stuggles in the 1st paragraph. and she was saying it way to fast. did you know that you have five minutes in the competion room? if the creed is said right it should take atleast 2 and half mins. just to say the creed.
im a creed speaker for my first time and ive learned alot of tricks: try putting your hands behind your back and moving your thumbs. it calms me down, and helps me stand up straight. also, when you answer the questions, take a deep breath before each one to gather your thoughts before answering. try restating the question in your answer too. (: you did good
@andreacecile yeah but when you are in the competion room you need to use your hands and facial expresstions to show the judges that you mean what your doin. and you should always use eye contact and make sure the judges see that you are passtionate about the ffa creed
@andreacecile ya, thats true. i was the jr. creed speeker last year and i have terrible stage fright, but i got used to useing my hands and now its not as hard for me to say it in front of people.
@redflippa hand movements are good if they are done right. She didnt do them like they were natural. And she butchered it anyway si it didnt really didnt matter
Your choppy...really fast...and move your hands in the same way...that needs to change.

@15kenner right, but thats hard for some beginners, and having them behind your back is better than having them out and doing nothing ya know? (:

Pretty good, a little TOO much emphasis.
xstarxreaderx 3 years ago
She adds to much emphasis on the word 'and'
She is kinda stiff too, she should move a round a lil bit, and repeat it constantly so she doesn't forget it...
Other than that, I hope my comments helped!
Good luck!

Colorado. She was first. She will go on to districts. With a little more practice of course!
kcholtman 3 years ago
theres not that many commas for pauses or emphasis in the creed but not bad
barkerbeefman 3 years ago
