I'm sorry, I just can't get into it. The band has such a distinct sound, to have a singer that isn't as dynamic just sounds off. And he has a terrific voice, just maybe not for this band. But I am so thankful they are still around and making music. Just my opinion, I'm sure I'm in the minority.
Well!!! I´m glad that having this travis guy, they could re-unite janes addiction as well if perry farrel died. they should start looking for kids with the same voices as axl rose and eddie vedder.
but i never got to see blind melon with shannon hoon, im 16. now but i really lvoed them since i was like 12? or 10. & my dad knowsn blind melonn, its pretty pimp :}

I think this guy has awsome voice but he could try his power in other band cause nobody can be closer to Shannon.
