I think what Noel does with his show is amazing and you can see that he genuinely cares about the causes he has on his show.

The part of the show featured on this film is not exploitative. It's promoting a worthwhile charity run by a 16 yr old with a brain tumour whose doing her utmost to make other children, with illnesses feel happier! She's obviously got more passion in her little finger than you have in your entire body! The charity needs as much exposure as possible, tabloid or otherwise.
