@Rummeltobi According to the new law, only class 2 of the ECE reglement 65 blue flash lights are allowed, only 2 tone sirens are allowed (this means the end of the 3 tone ambulance sirens) and the lowest tone has to 375 Hz and the higest 500 Hz. Also its now allowed to use flashing headlights (even though the Amsterdam fire brigade uses then already for years)
@XxGRAWM1A1xX well.. right right.. yes theyre larger... these ones are faster and handle better.. so idk. but i guess your right with how it would look.
@EnjoyFirefighting I wonder.. Perhaps because these trucks are smaller they could move better through New York traffic. Amsterdam fire trucks are specially build for the small streets and so their maneuverability is really great.
@Wouter112 I know how fast you are in Amsterdam, saw some of the inside view response video. It's the same e.g. in Munich, there they have also quite small Rescue Engines. But somehow I think they would be to compact that they would really like to work with it
@Kraakmo yeas for tests it definitely would be interesting how they manage to get through traffic, how people react to the sirens, and on scene how good they are able to work with the equipment

Hey Dirk, was für eine Sirene ist das? Es hört nicht wie eine Martinshorn.... Aber ich kann die Hörner oben die Scheinwerfer sehen

@Gleyen I think it would be interesting, to see how effective a european firetruck with sirens would be in America!
