  • You should mention the brand name, model and who sold it to you. You might also consider complaining to the retailer, since they have more influence over their suppliers than an individual customer would. If you can't get a replacement part, high temperature epoxy might fix it, though you can probably buy even more heat resistant glues at an appliance or auto parts store.
