I agree with all of you..this is the BEST game ever!! it's EPIC!...The story is awesome, the characters are awesome and the music is awesome....it's so fucking awesome that awesome isn't even an adequate enough a word!! lol it's ...uh...ok, lol...i'll stop. but this game is just too bad ass!!

I've watched this trailer probably 100 times.

I had never played a MGS-game before I saw this. Now I've played them all.

All thanks to this trailer. Gives me goosebumps EVERY time.

i played subsistence, and the part where he dives off the waterfall, he wasnt being chased by dogs. in fact, he was being chased by those militants in that sewer and the sewer led to a waterfall. he didnt even dive, he just fell backwards... in fact, i dont think any part of this trailer was in the actual game, but still great game and great trailer

in mgs 1, and 4 you play solid snake and at the beggining of number 2 you play solid snake. and then your raiden through the rest of the game, in number 3 you are big boss AKA naked snake

I remember when i first saw the trailer, i fell in love with the scene where he runs off the waterfall, so theatrical. I looked all over for it when i got the game, but it was never there :-(

haha..because this is a trailer. originally it wasn't supposed to be so linear. like mgs4 it was supposed to be more open and more ways to get to the next point. but the ps2 couldn't handle that power so mgs3 became what it is now. great, huh?

Yea, that's because some of the scenes weren't in the actual game apparently. They took a couple of them out i think. I can't remember anymore. BTW, do you remember seeing that waterfall dive he does in the game, where he is being chased by the dogs? I was just reminiscing wether i had seen it in the game or not...
