They got Harvey Atkin to voice Sergeant Koopaman. You can tell by his similar voice to King Koopa, and the fact he has "Koopa" in his name. I'm surprised they made him human. lol

About Kooperman I actually heard a rumor that he was supposed to fall into some mutated liquid and become king koopa. and that's why he would've taken the plunger and have hatred for mario and luigi. Of course this could e BS but it sounds plausible.

yeah, i've noticed they're basically the same characters - but i got not idea why. maybe they just want King Koopa to remind mario and luigi of Sgt. Koopamen so they hate him more or can't think of another way of making Sgt. Koopamen evil... dumb ideas, but that's my guess. Either that or they are in some way related?

Actually all of these old Mario cartoons had bad animation. Even the Legend of Zelda and SM3 cartoons made tons of mistakes. But in truth it's one of the main reasons I love watching these so much. Not to mention most of the plots and stuff are just insane lol.
