Basically Viper is zombified ( Don't know the correct word for it) and Scorpion got pissed and just blew the zombie's face off, and they are about to attack Scorpion,

And he had the bombs planted, so he's like, FUCK U ALL!!!! and hits the detonator, killing him and a LOT of Zombies. Funny thing is, in the Black Lung level, Viper is alive. So I'm guessing Black Lung is before Scorpion and Viper die
