If you say that you're training pure parkour, you cant do strenght training, because thats not moving from A to B in a efficient way. So don't try to tag it. I rather call it parkour because freerunning has an hype-name, but its both...

I like this song. The only thing I don't like is the annoying background sound not sure what it is. It chimes in every now and then (1:33) and over powers the song and its not musical at all.

Also, it's like the flow keeps stopping which is kind of retro and weak. Instead of it keeping the momentum it pulls back.
