Konami sure did great games for NES, SNES and Sega Genesis/Megadrive consoles.
But I think the quality of the games they made started to go lower as the videogames got more advanced.
Honestly, I can't name a good game anymore now days on PS3 or PC. I'm not so sure about Xbox 360 because I don't have one.
