Dr. Peter Hepper is an international expert on fetal behavior and development. In 2007 he received an award for Outstanding Contribution to Pre- and Perinatal Psychology and Health. He received the award at the 2007 congress of The Association for Pre- and Perinatal Psychology and Health in Los Angeles. Dr. Hepper, director of the Fetal Behavior Research Center at Royal Maternity Hospital in Belfast, has conducted ground breaking studies on fetal learning and prenatal neurological development.
