@NLwino It's for the sake of the story. Of course it's wrong. I used that clip and put different subs so it shows young Haruhi meeting Kyon who tells her he believes in time travelers, aliens, and espers. Once he dies, she goes on to write the first novel of the Haruhi series where he gets to hang out with these people because he never got to in real life. This is a plot-driven AMV, so I added that clip to help enforce the story.

Shivers after shivers. Your editing was spot-on. Haruhi's such a powerful character, and a great aspect of her is that she's titular yet applyable to a regular girl. She wants to be strong, powerful, willing to take anything on, but even she can't handle her own grief, yet she bottles all this up, forcing herself to be strong. How she swallows her fear, but she's always haunted by her own emotions, and how she got so attached to this boy, this regular boy... Superb. Absolutely superb.
