Your hand is not steady to shoot without at least a mono-pod. You should really be on sticks and use smoother moves with the camera. Stop zooming in and out push with a dolly so it looks better. Also you might want to stop using transitions in all the other videos it looks amateurish. Just an experienced shooter trying to help you out...
