This is normal dominion and prosperity theology that will not last when the King returns and we are all on our faces before him. There is only one Gospel that brings us to God and money has nothing to do with it. Santa Claus nickname is not Jesus Christ. Anything that presents itself in place of the King (and creator Col 1) of the universe is idolatry. We have our eyes on a man, the money, the supposed things he does, and all of it will be consumed with fervent heat when Christ returns.

Jesus' wife at a well??? He must mean that the Samaritan woman at the well became a believer and thus was grafted into the "Bride" of Christ meaning the church. Otherwise, he's blasphemimg.
It is obvious that he is saying that the woman represented the church which is the bride of Christ because it had been in bondage 5 times before he freed her with grace. I am sure you know that the body of Christ is refered to as His bride in Scripture.

A close friend and brother in the Lord, was almost mislead by the Bishop's statement. It is my opinion that the Bishop needs to articulate more clearly when making observations regarding the Scriptures. A younger believer can be easily confused. Remember brothers and sisters, we must all handle accurately the word of G-d. "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth."-2 Timothy 2:15 NASB
I can't agree with you more. I was taken aback myself at first until I got hold of what he is saying. Yeh he needs to be careful but let us keep praying for our leaders like him as I feel that the christians of today only want to receive from such men and never pray for them like what Paul said. And when people like Bishop Weeks and Ms. Bynum get tangled in contreversy we wonder. But where were our prayers when they needed them? Yeh I went on a tangent there sorry. God bless you.
As a preacher myself he was basically trying to give out alot of revelation at one time. He has so much to give the people but little time. I had to go back and listen to about 3 times to make sure but what vanhuvakuru stated above is correct. This message is for skilled Christians. Those who study the word. Younger believers off course will need more explanation of his statements.
