I suspect that some "Russians" who look like they are about half Mongolian, might possibly be something other than full blooded white.

In WW II Jews ran the Russian Army, and were responsible for the high number of Mongolians that were placed as officers over the White Soldiers and caused the death of millions of those soldiers by both intention and incompetence.
