The smooth instrumentation, the beat., etc. The one track that I've been searching for is called, I Found My Love On A Saturday, that followed by the Time Is Now as well as the vocal and instrumental versions of I'll Be There For You. Takes me happily waaay back!
This is probably my favorite Bohannon cut....from the Phase II album. The bass line is one of my favorite "warm-up" riffs when I'm playing live. This the laid-back version of Bohannon...if there IS such a thing! :-)
I've been looking for this tune for decades ! And now i've finally found it ! I used to hear it on an old disco radio station up here in Baltimore,Maryland called " V 103. " . The DJ on the radio really liked this groove and played it alot !
He would say " Bohannon ! Andrea ! ". The bass is soooo badass !
Just an all time cool and groovy tune, A little herb and a glass of wine,some good lovin' and this tune playing in the background .........
My brother bought this 45 when it first came out and I clearly remember hearing it on the radio. It's so very nice to hear the extended version I never knew existed until recently. Radio always played the single edit back home. Truly classic and one of my favorites. Still have my brothers 45 and now have the 12 inch single as well thanks to ebay :)

My dad has this song, but its from his "Phase 2" album from 1977. It has a picture of a baby on the cover album.
I'm 21 and I would blast this song in my Pontiac G6, during the summer, driving down the highway on Saturday afternoons.
