In 2010 pakistan 2500 plp died. In 1971 East Pakistan 260,000 plp died. if pak did not withhold aid and use aid as a weapon at least 200,000 plp would have been saved. @sega31098 Its dirty water. They cannot do anything with it. People and animals have died and excrement-ed in the water. There are dozens of deadly diseases spreading because of the dirty water. It is not even safe to be around
