Petchharrison, my interpretation of Professor Harrington presentation is he is criticizing the *Government's* system (current and future) for getting disabled people into employment. His position is that *if* you want to get disabled people into employment it has to be voluntary, take full account of the person's health and disability and be a process that includes all parties including prospective employers etc etc i.e. *not* the approach the DWP is currently taking.
there are fit people retireing at 55 why the fuck does this pratt whant very ill people to work and who the hell is going to employ us there are fit people out of work .. jeff
