it is really easy. u just need alot of practice. yes at first my arms got super tired but practice makes perfect.

Theres leftmost, middle, and rightmost, which makes it three strands of hair.

1- Cross the rightmost to the middle.

2- Add hanging hair from the left side to the leftmost strand.

3- Then cross the leftmost strand into the middle.

4- Then add hanging hair from the right side to the rightmost strand.

5- Cross the rightmost strand into the middle.

6- Do steps 2 and 3.

7- Do steps

well, it depends on how long your hair is, but when u keep practicing u will get used to it and get faster. hope this helps, but usualy for beginers it my take up to five minutes but its pretty easy, Good luck ~ <3

Anyone who says it's hard with curly hair...I have a tip to make it...erm, un-hard...EASY is the word...:

Brush out your hair so much not so you take out hair, but so there are absolutely no knots....and if that doesnt work....I don't know....

But my hair gets knotted in seconds so another thing 2 do is BRAID QUICKLY!
