The Green 17 Tour is sponsored by Guinness, but they did the Black 17 tour in 2006 (I believe) so they'd be ble to play for those under 21 (or under 19 in Canada) and unable to drink or get into the venue.

OMG!! I was sooo at this show, this was one of the best shows I have seen by them at Pop's, mainly because all the bands there rocked, and of course, you have Flogging Molly. Anybody whod didn't go to this show, they are coming back to Pop's on February 6th, 2008.
Sounds quality's pretty decent compared to some stuff I've heard. And their performance is bloody awesome. When I see 'em in Sydney in April, I'll be sure to record it.
