i dont race gncc but i race indiana xc and your right its addicting. i only hit the ironman last year and my first race i got spun out and went into the woods dead last and finished 3rd
My husband was supposed to race in this race but had problems with his bike. His buddy however did race and we are giving him some crap because the announcer says this is the 16-24 first year racer. He was supposed to run with the 25+ first year racer. Did you both take off with the wrong group? This is only his second race and he on the ktm one quad down from you.
He finished 18th. His first race he took off with the wrong group and my Husband was just sitting there laughing at him. (They are the same age). We have another buddy that finished first in his class (4x4 open) and my husband became part of his pit crew since he didnt get to race last week.... We wont be at the OH race but we are going to make the next one at KY...I think my kids are wanting to race as well so we will be getting them set up...we are hooked!
Im hooked but cant make many of the races for work and living in Mississippi. 18th is good, I finnished 21st. Its addicting. i hope i can make another one this year.

Check for local series to keep yourself sharp and be ready for the next one thats close

try coming to the final gncc in indiana.... it is alot of fun! i want to race this stuff, but i cant keep up with everything : (
