  • The international president of CCHR (the scientology front group that wants "global obliteration" of psychiatry), Jan Eastgate (aka Janice Wendy Eastgate Meyer) has earned a new charge in court in Sydney Australia in addition to her first charge of Perverting the Course of Justice for coaching an 11yo girl from a scientologist family not to go to the police after being abused by her step father. How about that? It should be hitting the newsmedia later. Will they blame the 'psychs' for this?

  • In today Germany systematic maltreatment of children is organized by the state and executed by snitchers. The psychiatric literature holds many reports of jewish children having been persecuted in exactly this way.Since WW2 psychiatry was regularly misused by Germany to discredit and persecute the NAZI victims.Germany pretended to pay compensation to get the former victims into the hand of shrinks certifying them being mental cases due to persecution.Sometimes they even got some 100$ compensation

  • Hello Dr. Weisman, would you accept some electroshocks on your brain ? don´t you ?

  • Scientology, not a fan. but they are "spot on" against forced psych drugging. I am not even schizophrenic. I am ptsd from an anti-psychotic medication induced akathisia. this is like being in a 24/7 panic attack, you can't stop walking(out of desperation, not neurological "restless legs"). every day i came to a medical emergency due to this. what saved my life was a different doctor giving me a drug to counteract. shrinks=dr.mengeles, anti-psychotic meds=torture in a benign looking pill

  • Pshychiatry is lie, and thats the truth! Now why scientologists are in a war against it is mystery!! to answer MaxamillianArturo psychiatry is more harmfull than scientology here in europe we have the cult psychiatry, but not many scientologists (i.e France and other countries see it as a cult)

  • I'd love for a Hitler-esque leader to arise and come up with a final solution to the Scientologist problem

  • @MaxamillianArturo that's why hitler employed psychiatrist to exterminate the jews.

  • @fraserrotchford If only we could get rid of the Scientologists

  • To be against psychiatry you MUST be a scientologist. Not someone who has gotten brain damage from their drugs. Not someone who has read about the enormous conflicts of interests psychiatry has with the pharmaceutical industry. Not someone who believes doctors who get paid $1.6 million from J & J like Joseph Biederman and then redefine childhood bipolar should be put in jail. Psychiatry is one of the biggest delusional cults there is. You guys really hit the nail on the head with lobotomy.

  • @scottyb453 You are correct, psychiatry and the drugs the drug doctors "prescribe" are just a delusional cult that preys on the innocent and gullible.

  • @scottyb453 No you don't have to be a scientologist. The problem is that patient's have their own voice and their own advocacy groups. These groups are looking to reform psychiatry- however scientologists have hijacked the patient's voice and are asking for radical abolishment. FYI: psychiatrists are the second worst paid medical specialty (less than family docs) and 8 years of education starting from med school. If it was about the money, they wouldn't have chosen psyc as a medical specialty.

  • @persianelephant they choose psychiatry because they were medical school screw ups. psychiatry, if you are rich, may be a helpful thing: a listening ear for an hour or two every two weeks or so, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and very reluctant to rx drugs, only short term. If your are like the 99% its five minutes or less and an rx that will either torture, shorten your life span, addict, etc. If not for a coincidence of gp blood work and shrink rx with out it, i would have died.

  • Those who should be most protected by law against forced psychiatric drugging are those they are supposed to help:the nonviolent auditory and visual hallucinators, those who are delusional("i am the king of spain"), engage in soliloquy(i.e. talk to themselves), even screamers. If the torture drugs help they should have the right to take them if THEY THE PATIENT SAY THE DRUGS HELP, NOT ANYONE ELSE. having greater than normal sense or cognitive experiences is not a crime

  • Dr. Weisman has a vested interest in defending psychiatry. Psychiatry is far more harmful than Scientology(again, have concerns about scientology)

  • @HyperNessie Insane because they fall for the scam of psychiatry? Because psychiatry is a scam and this guy who is talking seems to promote fraud.

  • @TheFriendlyEngineer Hail Xenu!

  • Psychiatrists are the biggest charlatans and con men in America. They should be jailed for their scam and manipulation on the gullible society.Quacks !

  • @TheFriendlyEngineer are you by any way associated with the CoS?

  • HEY, DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE WORST PART OF BEING A PSYCHIATRIC PEDAPHILE IS ? ANSWER: GETTING THE SHIT OUT OF YOUR CLOWN SUITE !

  • @TheCiaP2 You capslock button must be stuck down from all the dried froth that comes out of your mouth when you get online.

  • HEY ANY OF U SHRINKS GAVE SOME CHILDREN DRUGS TODAY ? HOW ABOUT PROGRAMMING SOME INFANT BOYS AND GIRL SEX SLAVES FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL STAFF ?YOU KNOW , IT SUCKS TO BE YOU !

  • @TheCiaP2 What drugs have you been using today?

  • IF I AM ELECTED I PROMISE AN ICE PICK AND ELECTRIC SHOCK TREATMENT AND AN ENDLESS SUPPLY OF BI-POLAR AND ADD MEDICINE FOR EVERY AMERICAN 4 YRS. OLD AND ABOVE 1 FOR THE ,OF THE PEOPLE,AND BI-SEXUAL PEOPLE! LONG LIVE PSYCHIATRY ! MK ULTRA !

  • HEY IDIOTS I CONFRONT EVERY WORD THAT IS WRITTEN ,ESPECIALLY NEGATIVE.i FIND IT VERY AQMUSING THE ARROGANCE OF THE STUPID REMARKS U MAKE. LET ME ASK YOU HOW DO YOU CONTROL ANYTHING.OF COURSE YOU WOULDNT USE YOUR MIND,BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE ONE !iVE GOT A LITTLE NEWS FOR U,U OR NO OTHER MAN, OR BEING OR WHATEVER CONTROLS MY UNIVERSE,MY VIEWPOINT.IT REALLY UPSETS U DOESNT IT.IT IS THE COMING OF THE END OF THE DARK AGES.DID I SAY NWO OR 9/11?

  • You laugh at my statement that Psychiatrists are hated ? Hahaha TO YOU, lets play youtube research then. Enter the word "psychiatry" here on youtube and see how many videos (if not majority) are posted related to Psyche horror stories. Next enter the word " cardiologist" or " Oncologist" here on youtube and you will only see praise (because unlike psyches) they successfully help patients. Google search results are the same. Psychiatry ONLY survives because of symbotic support from big Pharma.

  • @marcusrusek You can make the "in bed with big pharma" argument against any and all branches of medicine and many "alternative medicine" advocates (eg. Dr Mercola) do just that. There are web sites and forums and YT videos dedicated to disuading parents from getting their children vaccinated. Similarly there are people that deny the causal connection between HIV and AIDS. If you look hard enough you will find someone that hates motherhood and apple pie.

  • NO, I am NOT making stuff up. Your accusation is an insult. My first cousin has been on 15 different drugs for panic attacks for over 15 years, all of which were only sligtly effective at best for several months each. Then, after several electric shock treatments that fried his memory the Psychiatrist in the Hospital wanted to implant a VNS in his brain. I am Marcus Rusek. If you would like further verification contact me, but do not slander my comments here. Everything I posted is Factual

  • @marcusrusek ECT is primarily used to treat refractory depression and VNS is primarily used to treat medically refractory seizures. There is some use of VNS to treat refractory depression but its use is quite rare. The use of ECT and VNS to treat anxiety disorders is most definitely NOT standard practice and is at best experimental. In any event your cousin's (or his parents/guardians) consent would have had to be obtained to perform any such procedures. Why was consent provided?

  • @catfishblooper What about atheists that hate psychiatry? You can find someone that hates just about everything including motherhood and apple pie. What is the significance of it?

  • @00Truth0Seeker00 Wow a real life CoS zombie.

  • MAYBE YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO EVERY LECTURE GIVEN,READ EVERY BOOK,TAKE EVERY COURSE,AND THEN BE HUMBLE ENOUGH TO LEARN AND MASTER EVERY PROCESS/TECHNIQUE HE DEVELOPED,THEN YOU MIGHT BE QUALIFIED TO GIVE AN EDUCATED STATEMENT ABOUT HUBBARD AND SCIENTOLOGY

  • @TheCiaP2 Wow a capslock CoS zombie. I'll try and communicte to you in your language: MAYBE YOU SHOULD READ EVERY BOOK AND ARTICLE WRITTEN THAT IS CRITICAL OF COS AND HUBBARD INSTEAD OF JUST READING MADMAN HUBBARDS DRECK AND MAYBE YOU MIGHT OVERCOME YOUR BRAINWASHING.

  • NOW TELL THEM ABOUT HIS FLEET OF SHIPS HE LIVED ON FOR SEVERAL YEARS SO THE GOVERNMENTS AND IRS COULDNT HARRASS HIM.HE WOULD RUN HIS WORLD ORGANIZATIONS FROM A WORLD WIDE INTERNET OF TELEX MACHINES DAILEY,USING UP TO TEN DIFFRENT CODES.THIS WAS DONE WITH HIS MIND AND A TYPEWRITER BEFORE COMPUTERS.WHAT ABOUT THE SPECIAL OPERATION "SNOW WHITE" TO INFILTRATE THE FBI AND JUSTICE DEPT. TO COPY THIER FILES ON HIM.THAT HAPPENS EVERYDAY!IT GOES DEEPER AND DEEPER.

  • @TheCiaP2 No shit, controlling telex machines with his mind? I'm fucking amazed. At what OT level do you learn this skill. You are an awesome advertisement for the CoS. Please keep on posting.

  • I FIND VERY AMUSING THAT YOUR "TAKING ON SCIENTOLOGY " ALL FOR THE SAKE OF AN ICE PICK. OF COURSE YOU DIDNT MENTION HUBBBARD GAVE & RECORDED OVER 6000 LECTURES ON HIS RESEARCH AND WROTE OVER 6 MILLION WORDS ON THIS LINE.AT THE SAME TIME FENDING OFF CORRUPT GOVERNMENTS, BUILDING A WORLD WIDE ORGANIZATION,PUBLISHING SEVERAL MONTHLY MAGAZINES,EVEN BINDING HIS OWN BOOKS,MATERIALS BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD DARE PUBLISH HIS MATERIAL..

  • @TheCiaP2 6000 x 0 = 0 and 6,000,000 x 0 = 0

  • @TheCiaP2 No one would publish his material because it was a steaming pile of shit.

  • WHY DO YOU CONSIDER HUBBARD A FAILURE BECAUSE HE DIDNT AGREE WITH THE DATA BEING TAUGHT AT UNIVERSITIES AT THAT TIME ?SO A PERSON WHO DOESNT AGREE IS A FAILURE ?HUBBARD WAS PART OF NAVEL INTELLIGENCE.IT IS NAVEL INTELLIGENCE WHO WAS THE FATHER OF MKULTRA MIND CONTROL PROGRAM.iF U LOOK,YOU WILL FIND MANY OF THE PROCESSES HUBBARD DESIGNED IN THE 50S.THEY COMBINED THEM WITH DRUGS,SEX,ELECTRIC SHOCK TO PERVERT THEM.

  • @TheCiaP2 Hubbard was a failure academically and in the military. He flunked out of his engineering degree and they dishonourably discharged him from the navy because of his incompetence. He dumped a payload of depth charges on a geological formation that he mistook for an enemy submarine. What a champion!

  • Psychiatry is under attack by almost everyone. Do a search under the word psychiatry here on youtube and view how much they are HATED BY ALL that are NOT scientologists. Psychiatry is NOT heathcare. It produces mental inparement or loss of mental ability or function. Even most Neurologists feel it is a area in their profession that is unscientific and abstract at best. These are facts. Your post is opinion. My cousin was recently given shock treatment for panic attacks . Science ?? really ???

  • @marcusrusek "By almost everyone" Hahahaha! No Scientology is under attack by almost everyone because it is an evil cult founded by a paranoid schizophrenic junkie that was shit at maths. So you speak for neurologists do you? ECT is not indicated for panic attacks, you are just making stuff up.

  • I am by no mean a Scientologist. But it sickens me that on the signautre of a doctor 2 gorillas dressed in lab coats can force you out of your house.

  • @XehanortNobody That's certainly not the case in Australia. Involuntary treatment can only be administered if a Community Assessment Team (CAT) arrives at the consclusion after lengthy interview that you represent a physical threat to either yourself and/or others.

  • @PiotrThePrimate

Can the CAT be formed by doctors and staff from the same physicatric hospital? Because if so I can see no validity in said procedure.

  • @XehanortNobody I made an error in recalling the acronym. CAT stands for Crisis Assessment and Treatment (CAT) Services. The CATs are not connected to any psychiatric hospital. They are teams composed of mental health professionals and social workers that operate only within a well-define local geographic boundary.

  • @PiotrThePrimate

My question still stands, are the mental health professionals forced to come from different places? Or they can be all from the same hospital? Because otherwise I see no validity, imagine you manage to convince the owner or top doctor of a mental hospital to confine a person, out of respect all other doctors of the same hospital will do the same.

Also in my opinion an order from the government should be required.

  • @XehanortNobody Australia's mental health system is largely socialised, most mental health services are provided by government hospitals and if a person were to be involuntary committed it would be to a govt. hospital. My understanding of the CAT teams is that the persons that comprise them don't work for any hospitals but instead work full-time as team CAT members.

  • Psychiatry is just as much if not more of a cult than Scientology. They are legalized drug dealers that are ruining our kids.

  • @talon115 Please. There is no psychiatric equivalent of OT VIII that costs about US$250,000 to attain and what is revealed at that stage -- after you have devoted many years and what is a life's fortune for many -- is the Xenu story. I think you need to learn a little about cults. Scientology is an occult (i.e. progressively revealed according to payment and rank) cult based on really bad science fiction penned by a paranoid schizophrenic.

  • It is my sincere hope that the factions of Scientology and Psychiatry will eventually destroy each other in a grand conflict that rids them both from the planet Earth, forever freeing the human race from their gross bullshit that masquerades as science.

  • @TaimaDjinn "Faction"? Of what. Psychiatry is not a "faction" in any sense of the word and neither is Scientology. Psychiatry is a branch of modern mediciine and Scientology is an occult cult based on the writing of a second-rate sci-fi author that also happened to be severely mentally ill. Have you read any of the OT (Operating Thetan) documents from the CoS? There is stuff in there about unicycle riding aligators on Venus. I kid you not. Google it.

  • @PiotrThePrimate Hey, did you know that the DSM-III classifies having sex as an addiction--that the most primal impulse in the human body is a mental illness? Seriously, Google it, man.

  • @TaimaDjinn No it doesn't. I have a copy of the the DSM-IV-TR in front of me and nowhere is merely having sex defined as an addiction. You are either making stuff up or have never actually read the DSM and basing your info of of second, third or fourth hand accounts of its contents.

  • @PiotrThePrimate You must have dyslexia: I said "DSM-III," and I condemned both of Psychiatry and Scientology as bullshit. I don't see how any truly sane human being could accept either.

  • @TaimaDjinn Neither DSM-III or DSM-IV list "having sex" as an addiction. Give me the page reference of DSM-III that lists having sexual intercourse as an illness? So you are defining sanity with reference to whether someone agrees or disagrees with your ill-informed opinions?

  • @PiotrThePrimate " So you are defining sanity with reference to whether someone agrees or disagrees with your ill-informed opinions?"

Psychiatrists do that all the time, why can't I? Furthermore, if you could goddamn read, you'd not only see that sex addiction is too mentioned in the DSM-III and IV (if you need further help, look for the words "satyriasis" and "nymphomania."

  • @TaimaDjinn There isn't a definition of "sanity" as such in any version of the DSM. The DSM defines diseases. Also merely "having sex" is distinct from _compulsively_ having sex just as eating is distinct from compulsively eating; washing versus compulsively washing; gambling versus compulsively gambling and so on. Sexual activity is defined as pathological if and only if it interferes with adversely with health, employment, wealth and social functioning.

  • This is a joke. Sorriest excuse for a religion. Its a business.

  • This is the best compliment to be paid any Libertarian-Humanist, and certainly a wonderful example of psychiatry indicting itself by its own word and deed. However, I do appreciate that any profession has the right and the duty to protect its turf.

  • @whiff1962 Can you please nominate who or what is researching and practicing in the area of acute psychosis treatment? Is there some treatment for constant and hostile auditory hallucinations that is as effective as the atypical neuroleptics that we don't know about and you do? Is there some treatment for refractory suicidal depression besides ECT that you know of that we are all ignorant of? What do you recommend for the treatment of catatonic schizophrenia?

  • This psychiatrist is a moronic mentally ill dreg of society. Send this guy to a holocaust.

  • @draziom902 High quality contribution to the discussion. Thanks.

  • Scientology has offered the psychiatric profession the perfect scapegoat. The fact that psych-friendly individuals use the scientology epithet, against those who cry foul, is suggestive of the influence of the MH profession in all walks of life. Imagine real medicine publicly calling Scientologists out on the latter's use mega doses of B vitamins.

  • @whiff1962 "Real medicine" has called out CoS for its advocacy of mega-vitamin therapy (an idea which Hubbard stole from Abram Hoffer). Mega-vitamin therapy is largely dead even amongst alternative therapists, it survives only within the CoS and amongst the very small group of Linus Paulings high-dose vitamin C therapy advocates. Again you are wrong,

  • I am sure this is extremely interesting and important, but the sound is killing me. This recording totally suck. Can it be remedied?

  • @comingviking I have a new set of vids with Dr.Wiseman coming up today and tomorrow where he covers a lot of what's in these vids but gives a more critical and technical talk on CCHR / Thomas Szazz. The sound is way better than it is in these. They should all be uploaded by this eveining.

  • @sKepptiksowat - i saw them i watched them i came back to watch them again as there is alot of info and they were.....gone!!! hope they come back soon!!!

  • @ohbuddyiliketowatch If your talking about the video responses I don't know why they disappeared. I'm looking into it now.

  • @sKepptiksowat there back weird prolly just a fluke or something

  • @ohbuddyiliketowatch Probably the work of the health commisars. LOL.

  • @bctst I am NOT a scientologist. I have never read dianetics. I have never taken a scientology course. Please learn to READ or take a college course on reading comprehension before you post. It is OBVIOUS that you do not understand my posts because you FALSELY state "you guys". I am NOT one of them. Learn to READ and even more importantly LEARN TO COMPREHEND. READ all my posts. Then your posts will better correlate with what I have been posting. YOU HAVE EXTREMELY POOR READING COMPREHENSION.

  • Interesting how only my posts are being replied to yet I receive no rebuttal from the person posting these video's .

Scientology's war against Psychiatry appears justified.

I may end up bankrupt from Scientology--- but I still will be much better off then ending up a drugged up zombie as a result of psychiatry -- quackery !!

SAY NO to Psychiatry and their Quackery !!!

Psychiatry must feel threatened and on the defense, and who wouldn't be if you had a 90% failure rate !!

  • @marcusrusek hahahahahahahahahahaha hilarious

  • @marcusrusek Say no to the psuedo-Church of Scientology and Hubbard's science fiction and gnostic mysticism dressed up as science. The only zombies I see in the argument are the representatives of the CoS. You are a mindless drone sent off to disseminate CoS propaganda.

  • @marcusrusek Yes, they critique Scientology.

  • @marcusrusek Yes, again.

  • @marcusrusek

The argument that people commit suicide while on psychiatric medication and that therefore psychiatry doesn't work is idiotic.

A correlation does not automatically also indicate a causation. You have to take into account that these people were already mentally ill to begin with, else they wouldn't need medication. According to your flawed logic surgery kills people, because after all thousands of people every year also die during surgery. So let's get rid of surgery or what?

  • @xknowledgeisfreex You appear to be confused . You state (incorrectly) that my logic is flawed because a few people die during surgery so lets also get rid of surgery ?? You are comparing SUCCESSFUL medical procedures to the horrific UN-successful psychiatric record as an argument ? Sorry but YOUR argument is idiotic. Open heart surgery in the USA has a better than 90% SUCCESS rate of people who had the procedure --yet psychiatric therapy is 90% UN-successful - Sorry but you are confused.

  • @marcusrusek

My pont was that correlation does not imply causation.

Furthermore you can't compare the success rate of one specific surgical procedure to a generality as "psychiatric therapy".

There are many different psychiatric therapies and they certainly don't

have all success rates of less than 10 % as you want to make us believe.

You are using flawed logic and false or misinterpreted statistics to

paint a whole medical profession as "quackery".

I wonder why. Are you a Scientologist?

  • @xknowledgeisfreex 1) You are NOT comprehending my communication and data points because your replys do not correlate to my posts- stay ON POINT ! --I am NOT implying (nor am I overtly stating) that correlation implies causation. YOU are stating that I am doing such, when I never did. 2) I have NEVER read Dianetics or ever taken a scientology course -- I do not need to -- I have never been a scientologist , BUT it appears Scientology has a minescule failure rate directly compared to psyches

  • @xknowledgeisfreex Yes, psyches actually do have an overall 90% patient FAILURE rate- do the (unbiased and objective) research on the web and you will see this is correct. Secondly, please stop misquoting my posts.I NEVER said or painted a whole medical profession as quackery as you posted above. I said that the specific SPECIALTY of medicine, psychiatry, is Quackery. If you read more carefully and CORRECTLY you would see my DEFENSE of medical practice ( ie: sucessful heart surgery stats etc)

  • @marcusrusek

"Yes, psyches actually do have an overall 90% patient FAILURE rate"

    No.

  • @xknowledgeisfreex I am done. It is apparent that you hate Scientology and you may be justified. I do not care. I am NOT a scientologist as previously stated.---Look I also do not care for the US government and how it operates, BUT I sure am never going to joint the Taliban just because I hate our government. The taliban can rot in Hell. But you are confused. You may hate Scientology, whatever, but to back the (mental health) taliban psyches ?? You are just plain CONFUSED ! I AM DONE

  • @marcusrusek Thanks God.

  • @marcusrusek

The National Advisory Mental Health Council (NAMHC) studied the effectiveness of psychiatric treatments and released a report in 1993.

If you check that report you will see that your alleged "failure rate" of 90 % is completely bogus.

The success rates for the main psychiatric treatments lie between 65 and 80 % according to that report and that was 17 years ago. It can only have become better since then due to scientific progress.

  • @xknowledgeisfreex Obviously you are NOT comprehending my posts. CLEARLY see where I wrote that when psych therapy is OBJECTIVELY studied by a NON aligned party it is found to have a 90% FAILURE rate. VERIFY BY YOURSELF Why would you think that NAMHC would be objective when they back the psychiatric and DRUG companies ? Of course their studies arrive at this result. They are Drug and Psyche aligned. NON partisan studies show 90% failure - Keep taking your Drugs and Shock therapy --

  • @xknowledgeisfreex Examine your argument. --"people are already mentally ill to begin with"-- they take Psychiatric drugs- they murder or commit suicide ( actually in quite LARGE NUMBERS) --psychiatry doesn't work ---but yet you feel no correlation because " these people were already mentally ill to begin with " ?? hey, my car stalls when driving, I saw the mechanic, he worked on it- he completely blew my engine- but he said it was not working right to begin with- so I should not complain??

  • @xknowledgeisfreex F-A-C-T --- an absolute and direct CORRELATION exists in that psyche drugs and psyche therapy consistently FAILS to PREVENT THOUSANDS of mentally ill people from committing THOUSANDS of murders and suicides every single year - This is MY statement -- do not misquote me. Where are the psych "success" stories ? Where are all the happy "CURED" patients touting their successes ? Fortune tellers appear to have the exact same statistical success rates as psyches -- pot luck

  • I just find it funny how a person can give a lecture discrediting Scientology as a representative or Teaching professor of a psychiatry -- a profession that itself has such a failed record of success helping people with mental disorders or mental issues. If psychiatry was such an effective treatment for mental issues they sure would feel no threat from Scientology--yet they do --I wonder why --am I missing something here ?

  • @marcusrusek Yes.

  • @marcusrusek You are missing plenty. The psychiatric profession doesn't feel threatened by the CoS it is merely making an effort to counter the FUD propagated by the CoS so that people that need treatment don't avoid getting it. The CoS is in fact threatened by psychiatry, psychology, cosmology, seismology, geology, neuroscience, pharmacology, biochemistry and every other discipline that Hubbard's writings touch upon because Hubbard is wrong on almost everything he wrote about.

  • L Ron Hubbard ? Wasn't he good friends with Jack Parsons the protege of Alistair Crowley aka "the most dangerous man in the World". They're all Occultists, being decieved and deceiving is a favourite of them. And when i say occultist i mean dark occultists.......

  • @22mpl Yes he was. Parsons and Hubbard collaborated on the "Babalon Working" ritual, the aim of which was to summon "Babalon" (a Thelemic goddess). IIRC the ritual involved Crowley sodomising Parsons whilst Parsons masturbated. In one of his many lectures Hubbard recommends the writing of Crowley to his students.

  • @PiotrThePrimate My mistake it was Hubbard sodomising Parsons :)

  • @00Truth0Seeker00

oh wow you're like a record player that only plays one track.

  • @00Truth0Seeker00

The cause is either neurochemical or a past experience of the patient. Sorry we don't have time machines

1 Psychiatrist do look for the cause behind symptoms, their job involves a therapeutic relationship with their patients.

2 . Psychiatrists use eclectic theories to explain dysfunctional behavior in patients based in multiple past theories.

    3. That argument implies the paranoid delusion that the entire health care industry is in the practice to keep sick people sick.

  • I wonder if the CO$ has tried to sue this professor or his college he represents? Either way their false claims to about psychology are ridiculous.

  • Hubbard = Junkie.

  • @amokk30 ehh i get the impression he was just a dysfunctional person unable to accomplish his goals that formed paranoid delusions about his care provider and delusions about his identity (PhD? wtf lol) . He was in denial or laced insight of his poor ability to cope, rationalized it was his doctors fault, and/or projected his frustrations about his life onto psychiatry. If he had more stable relationships, learned better coping skills and modern drugs he probably would have been a great writer.

  • @amokk30 Hubbard = paranoid schizophrenic junkie

  • "Consider this officer lacking in the essential qualities of judgment, leadership and cooperation...not considered qualified for command or promotion at this time"

Ouch, that's gotta sting a bit LOL

  • Psychiatry will exist as long as drug companies do.

Scientology will last as long as they keep brain washing people to hand over there money for their "salvation".

  • @yawawot Psychiatry will exist as long as there is mental illness. Substance abuse, depression, and debilitating anxiety really exist and they are treated by a mental health TEAM, not just psychiatrists.

  • No,psychiatry is not beholden to the pharmaceutical industry for its continued existence. Psychiatry, as a modern "medical" profession, where the socially deviant came to be seen as mad, is about three hundred years in the making. Before then, the church and state were the arbiters of the social and moral. The psychobiological myth sustaining present day psychiatry, both fuels, and is fueled by, the pharmaceutical R&D, and of course, the co-opting of neuroscience to suit the profession's needs.

  • @whiff1962 So catatonic states that lead to malnourishment and dehydration if left untreated and hallucinated hostile, demeaning and threatening voices that drive people to suicide if left untreated are merely examples of social deviance? So these people are just eccentrics that should be left alone to die or kill themelves so that we don't impose a priviliged system of values upon them? Is that what you are arguing?

  • @00Truth0Seeker00 is applying OSA techniques of black PR in his comment here against psychiatry. He also put up CCHR Scientology anti-psychiatry propaganda videos on his site, and censors any critical comments.

  • @marcotai boring and wordy troll.

  • @00Truth0Seeker00 this is true.

They seek to suppress rational thought, and destroy creativity and healthy emotions.

Some of the worst atrocities in the history of the Earth were committed, or at least conceived of, by Psychiatrists.

I suggest to anyone who doubts me, get educated in the FACTS about Psychiatry before you defend them on here!

  • @00Truth0Seeker00

(for previous reply) Correction. Your fourth statement. Sry.

  • @00Truth0Seeker00

Your third statement is vague. If your deriving from the CCHR, please consider looking up more truthful resources for criticism towards psychiatry such as Sharna Olfman (she writes a lot of legitimate criticisms backed up by accurate research).

  • @00Truth0Seeker00

First two parts of your statement are true. Psychiatrists are not required to take college-level courses in psychology. They are educated in symptoms and what medicines prescribed can treat them. They don't even have to study neurology.

Your third statement is not entirely accurate: Mind and brain are different and alike. Mind is the study of what the brain is doing. The brain is the collection of neurons that determine what the mind does. (look up psycho-neurology).

  • @mavis13 No, you're wrong.

Psychiatrists only mandate is to force their "patients" to get addicted to mind altering drugs.

    Basically, they're like crack dealers.

Then, they sadistically watch them wither away to nothing, or just rape them.

Finally, they will fry your brain with electroshock "therapy"

Hitler was a Psychiatrist, so was Pol Pot.

  • @AnonymousElektron you're a troll right? that's bad trolling. go back to troll school.

  • A series of Failure...I love that part

  • 'Psychiatry' and 'psychiatrist' are easily redefined to mean 'an anti-social enemy of the people'. This takes the kill crazy psychiatrist off the preferred list of Professions... The redefinition of words is done by associating different emotions and symbols with the word than were intended...Scientologists are redefining 'doctor', 'Psychiatry' and 'psychology' to mean 'undesirable antisocial elements'...The way to redefine a word is to get the new definition repeated as often as possible.

  • Thus it is necessary to redefine medicine, psychiatry and psychology downward and define Dianetics and Scientology upwards. This, so far as words are concerned, is the public opinion battle for belief in your definitions, and not those of the opposition. A consistent, repeated effort is the key to any success with this technique of propaganda.

  • @00acceptable00Truth0Seeker00

I think you are the one who is confused, here's a little tip insert an ice pick in your right temple just behind your right eye and wiggle it around a bit(just enough to mash up your right frontal lobe) then get back to us and tell us if your thought processes are the same as before.

Do you realize how stupid you people sound?

  • Anonymous

    We do not forgive

    We do not forget

    We are Legion

    Expect us

  • @AnonaMousez expect u to what? post more videos in a sea of mediocre irrelevant medium? ooo that's going to take down an institutional profession that seeks to help the mentally ill.

  • L. Ron Hubbard was given Vistaril© by Dr. Gene Denk in his final days, by intramuscular injection in the right buttocks. Vistaril© is a psychiatric drug, used to calm frantic or overly anxious patients. He died on January 24th, 1986, eight days after the fatal stroke, and one day after signing his last will and testament. He died in a 1982 Blue Bird motor home

These are public documents, available from the San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Office. Coroner's file #8936.

  • @OpenComments lol is the motor home sacred to SCN ?

  • @OpenComments That was a voluntary psychiatric intervention. I think you are confusing a contractual-consensual, doctor-patient "transaction", with the involuntary forms of psychiatric "treatments" and "hospitalizations".

  • @whiff1962

    I'm not confusing anything.

The Church of Scientology is opposed to ALL psychiatry, voluntary or involuntary. I was just expressing the hypocrisy demonstrated by Scientology. To obliterate an entire profession and making claims that Dianetics/Scientology can fix these problems is a dangerous line of thinking that has resulted in many deaths. That's the point I was trying to bring across.

  • @OpenComments I don't think that psychiatry is in any danger. I do, however, oppose involuntary and coercive psychiatric practices. Certainly there is room enough for both Scientology and the whole of the mental health enterprise. As I see it, is really a matter of Constitutional freedom and the free-market of ideas that affords both sides to vie for his respective turf.

  • Are you a mental health professional? Are you a former member of the COS? It is interesting that you mention this "hypocricy" of the COS, as institutional psychiatry, and its therapeutic zealots (mental health movement), has its coercions as cure, and its many abridgements to civil rights-all in the name of "treatment". As such, this affray over "ideologies" really seems no more than a parodying of reason and liberty on the part of many of its practitioners and its acolytes.

  • @whiff1962 Nonsensical verbiage.

  • @OpenComments

Yes, Scientology may be dumb, so it is involuntary psychiatry. Voluntary though is right.

  • The ideas expressed by the CCHR are so extreme, bizarre, irrational, illogical and ridiculous that it is impossible to take them (or Dianetics) seriously or reasonable in any way. For example, Hubbard (and the Church of Scientology) blames psychiatry for the rise of Hitler and Stalin, World War 2, the Holocaust, the attack on the Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre on 9/11, the Virginia Tech shootings, the war in Kosova and numerous other international tragedies.

  • @OpenComments it's sad that it only took rhetoric to convince most of their followers.

  • great video. And again people get educaated about the cult.

  • The Church of Scientology is a predatory, criminal organization. Ill be glad when it is gone.

  • Watching this entire series one fact is clearly evident:

A failed attempt to blame SCN for the continual fall of students that

are taking psychiatry as their future profession worldwide!

The looser on the video, also fail to say that anti-psychiatry movements

are spreading like mushrooms and many of them are sponsored by

    reformed psychiatrists as well Lol

Psychiatry's industry should instead blame itself and its collusion with Pharma

    for its great downfall!

  • @marcotai In case there is any doubt, marcotai is a Scientologist.

  • @marcotai

In 1950, Hubbard originally created Dianetics to be an adjunct to psychiatry, and respected psychiatry as he sought psychiatric help himself several times. However, not surprisingly, Dianetics was rejected completely by the Psychiatric and Medical community and Hubbard took this rejection personally and became intensely bitter and paranoid towards Psychiatry. So in 1969 he set up the Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) to expose what he considered to be the evils of psychiatry.

  • Scientology is so unbelievably criminal, anyone speaking publicly about it always has to apologize for sounding paranoid. This has helped Scientology's cause since most people hearing about their criminal nature for the first time, think it's too crazy to be true. perhaps if more people like Dr. Wiseman spoke up and exposed them, this could change.

  • looks like flames are coming out of his head. Great video.

  • Can you clean up the sound?

  • Captions plox, you can hardly hear whats being said. Also inb4 OSA plummits the dislike button
