Guys, just click upload at the top right of the YouTube screen, near the left of your username (top right).

@BoundingVincent Connect your webcam. Refresh, what's supposed to come up is a tiny box that asks you whether you allow YouTube to connect with your webcam. There is also a tab that asks you whether you allow YouTube to connect to your microphone as well. Maybe your audio device isn't so good either, mine wasn't either so I switched to a headset microphone. It was much better. I'll tell you more in next message. Not enough characters.
