Thank you for your responses. My REAL issue is learning ALLLL of those reactions also. I have already memorized the 9 functional groups. I have reaction cards and they help with regiochemistry stereochemistry etc. it is just a lot. I know that I must go in knowing ALLLLL of those reactions to be ahead because it just doesn't stop until the FINAL EXAM.

@CrackOChem - I truly do overstand what you are teaching; I am just concerned that once i re - take the class that I will panic again; become overwhelmed on tests. I am just doiing this step by step. Following your instructions so I am just going to keep on doing what I am doing. My other plan is to start going over the OChem book that the University of Georgia uses which is Murrays Book/Solution's manual. 300 strong and most students are Pre- Med. I am Dietetics. Any other suggestions?
@neith1919 Sounds like you've got a pretty solid plan. The videos are designed to give you a solid foundation of the material. If you understand everything in the videos, then conceptually you are where you want to be. From there you just need to solidify the concepts with many practice problems to get ready for your exams. If you expose yourself to many different types of problems then there shouldn't be many surprises from your professor on test day. =) Hope that helps!
Thank you very much sir, you are my hero!!!
