Ranice, you could still work on this video even after downloading it. If you have the time later, you mayconsider putting some music (eg. this year theme song?) over those undesired noises, to improve on it since you have done an excellent job in capturing it? Just an thought:) Keep up your good work!

Thanks for posting and capturing the event in Singapore for overseas Singaporeans. You may consider getting the girl in the background to stop shouting, "Shut up"? It is really distracting for those watching this video without undesired voices in the background, perhaps she should shut up from spoiling the mood of others watching this video and for messing up your video?
