Not all Pixar movies are crap. Far Far from it sir. Wall-E is a masterpiece of cinema. Finding Nemo is legendary. All the films with the exception of Bug's Life and Cars are superb. the reason those two are exceptions is they are based on prior stories. Bugs Life is Three Amigos (Seven Samurai) and Cars is doc Hollywood. When they do original products they excel.

Also a 12-acre land based the town from the film will be opening at California Adventure in 2012. Having come out of the premier for Cars, I had at least one Pixar employee (animator) tell me that it was lacking, just typical.

It's basically Doc Hollywood with cartoon characters.

And the critique here does have a point when he says they're missing something when they've excluded human characters and squared on non-human characters solely. They've been doing that since Toy Story, since it worked there - but they've fallen into the trap of story formulas. Most american animation does.

--Its unoriginal. Its been done, and Pixar likes to think outside of the box.

--They felt that the Cars didn't seem "human" enough with the eyes on the headlights. According to them, the ended up looking like "snakes" that way. In other words, they look much more appealing with the eyes on the windshield.
