  • This was a perfect song for that scene in WEEDS. I love the soundtrack they use in their episodes, always so fresh and fitting to the emotions which should be felt.

  • Beautiful song, heard it at a friends memorial. very good song

  • Hawaii Five-O rockss

  • whos the girl who sings in the backround?

  • Who thinks showtime and the awesome producers of at WEEDS should put out a compilation album of season finally songs?

  • Heard this song at the enf of a Hawaii Five0 episode, fit perfectly and is a wonderful song

  • @Zweb5

Same here, the minute i heard it I NEEDED TO HEAR IT AGAIN

  • @Zweb5 bwahahah

  • <3

  • A beautiful song for a beautiful show.

  • It isn't a matter of dumb versus smart. If it were that simple it wouldn't be called addiction... it would be called a "pass time" or a "hobby," something less verbally caustic. "What does it feel like," "Why do you do it," "If it's so bad why don't you stop," all questions that when asked are evidence enough that the answer would be lost on the person asking.

  • screw you 7 people who dissed this song.this song helped me thru hard times and gave me hope

  • @CollDork maybe its bad taste, maybe they just didnt get it, hell knows maybe it just wasnt their thing, does it really warrent the screw u though?

  • Burn it down

  • what album is this on?

  • @school1 lrt it go

  • WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS. and LOOOOOOOOOVE this song.

  • The first time I heard this song it was so beautiful I literally cried.

  • cold case used this song too :)

  • @VMreborn ikr *HIGH FIVE*

  • this songs about being addicted to pills

  • @randallo1387 i feel you on that statement more than 100. if you do pills than u know exactly what he's talking about. Everytime someone asks me in a stupid tone of voice "what does it feel like" or "Why do you do that" i tell them to listen to keepsake by state radio.

  • @chem6b so so true

  • @randallo1387 wrong.

  • I don't think by one he means keepsake I'm gonna go with committing suicide with pills it just makes more sense to me that way

  • Heard this song while watching weeds looked up where it came from and now I can't stop listening to it have played it back to back like 13 times

  • but can anyone say me what they are singing about im from germany and i dont understand what they meaning xD

  • @Pacman8022 entschuldigung ich habe schlechtes deutsch gesprechen.

diese lied ist sich tabletten essen

  • This song is great!!!!!

  • The only times I like TV is when because of it i discover a great song like this one.^^

  • He sounds kind of like Lou Barlow.

  • This song is... Beautiful... I'm addicted.

  • by one he is referring to Keepsakes...hence the song title... :)

  • by "one" he is referring to a "keepsake" and i think its funny how lopside said he wouldnt be suprised if he didnt know...whats the name of the song people???LOL

  • the songs about a man contemplating whether or not to kill himself. hes weighing out both possible outcomes in his head. sad song but so beautiful

  • I looked up the lyrics... it appears they intend for the song to be about suicide. A slavish (and very indie) devotion the 'iceberg principal' keeps the story from really making too much sense. The speaker seems to be arranging keepsakes, cataloging his/her life, prior to hanging himself with a belt. I don't know about the "Im gonna hold a pen while you drag my arm across the page" lyric. I don't really care that much, but if you've got a better reading, I'll hear it.

  • If I had to make a more serious guess, I'd say he's talking broadly about memories.

  • I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't know. Not to diminish the authentic beauty of this song, I've found that Americans of this generation mostly lack the attention span to create really meaningful lyrics. It's especially true in the indie scene.

  • This is an amazing song... Its so relaxing and well put together....

I heard this song when I was watching nancy burn down her house on weeds, and I was like "woah, whats that song in the background??" I looked it up, and I was so happy when I finally found it. This is one of my favorate songs...

  • I can completely understand why you have it two times in a row on here, definitely a song you'd press the back button for

  • is this song about burning blunts?

  • To me, this is Coldplay quality

  • i just started workin at a nursing home and the second night there after meeting a few of the sweethearts that live there i herd this song for the 1st time, really touched me beautiful song

  • that's weird because it seems like the lyrics describe someone at the end of their life looking back

  • the lead singer is Chad. He is the lead singer in the band. The backup is his girlfriend.

  • The lead singer is Chad Urmston and the female vocalist is his friend Erin Lashnits Coughlin. (she isn't/never was his girlfriend).

  • .... almost as good as linkin park? are you for serial?

  • that's just... the ABSOLUTE worst comparison ever.
