main brushed motor, after a while it will be easier to spool up, 8sec240 try the water break in method, which is very simple process. I've done this and im very happy with the results.
Is it OK once it spools up? Bad bearings in the motor? Bug in the ESC electrics? I think it's pretty easy to swap main motors. Call HH & ask them - probably send you a new one!
