This is a great song, and I thought anyone who tried to sing it without a Cohen impression would struggle. I have to say this is the only Youtube video I have watched all the way through, yes, right to the end !! Ah, wow. I heard this song pretty recently, and I fell in love with it instantly. It's one of those songs that you listen to and it makes you WHOLE, you know? Makes my fingers numb, listening to it.

Anyway. So I love hearing people's takes on it. Regina Spektor's cover is so quirky and sweet, Rufus Wainwright's is powerful and heart-breaking, and yours is lovely and delicate. Great job.

A couple of song-suggestions, if you're looking for new material to cover - Tom Waits has, especially in from his early career, tons of great ballads; look for "little trip to heaven" on youtube for a good example. There's a great cover of that song by Mugison on YouTube. And you've got a great voice, so how about trying it at "Hallelujah" by Cohen?
