Yes, definately Congress needs open their eyes to what the USFSPA actually does to veterans. This law needs total REPEAL!

The Omission of benefits to those who have been faithful and allowing disabled Veterans to be robbed in divorce courts, under the Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protction Act make me ashamed of our Congress. Correct what is an obvious discrimination and repeal the USFSPA. Wake up Congress. If you want someone to support and defend the constitution then try appling it to the laws you pass. The time is long past due for Veterans to be treated fairly. This policy is patently UN-AMERICAN! We must treat our warriors in a manner that is consistent with common practice in the private sector. Congress MUST act to do better than give lip-service to Veterans. Congress MUST fund the "backend" of war at a level that is consistent with its TOTAL Cost. That means caring for our Veterans and their families at a level consistent w/ their sacrifice. Congress MUST MAKE HR333 Federal Law. JR
